How do Returns & Exchanges work?

 

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any orders due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

 

We may be able to accommodate changes in size after your order is placed, but we cannot guarantee it. If you would like to request a size change, email us at info@theorangestate.com and we will see if we have extra sizes to make it happen. If you have already received a shipping notification from us, we are not able to change sizes for your order.

 

If you would like to cancel your order and have not received a shipping notification, email us at info@theorangestate.com.

 

If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us at qualitycontrol@theorangestate.com with a photo of your damaged or defective product. We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis. You will have 14 days from your delivery date to contact us about any damaged products. Your product must also be unwashed and unworn.

 

How long will it take for my fresh produce to arrive?

Please note that we are currently only shipping to the United States and Canada.

 

What if the fresh produce I want is out of stock or sold out?

 

We are two creative people with many ideas in our heads, so our products and designs will be constantly changing. We are excited to add new designs to our shop, restock old designs and sadly retire some of them along the way. Because we are a small shop, some items are made in limited supply and may sell out quickly. Follow us on social media for updates on new releases and re-stocks.

 

Can I order shirts in bulk for groups or family vacations?

 

While we do not do custom designs for groups, if there is a specific design you would to purchase in bulk, please contact us at orders@theorangestate.com and we will try our best to help you out!
